Some manufacturers warranties and service apply to products, that we will not be accounted for. Emerald POS offers a variety of warranties and replacement plans on a case by case basis. The policies for each case may be unique and therefore please refer to those individual agreements.
- For returns and exchanges. We offer a 30 day limited refund policy. On new goods we offer a money back refund minus applicable fees, which include any shipping, or configuration charges, which is defined under restocking fees as written below.
In most cases a 10% restocking fee applies not including shipping charges. This covers the time and cost spent on configuration and/or delivery of any said items. This applies to all of our sales unless otherwise specified in writing.
